Olio \O"li*o\ ([=o]"l[i^]*[-o] or [=o]l"y[-o]), n. [Sp. olla a round earthen pot, a dish of boiled or stewed meat, fr. L. olla a pot, dish. Cf. Olla, Olla-podrida.] 1.
