Uncut \Un*cut"\, a. 1. Not cut; not separated or divided by cutting or otherwise; -- said especially of books, periodicals, and the like, when the leaves have not been separated by trimming in binding. [1913 Webster] 2. Not ground, or otherwise cut, into a certain shape; as, an uncut diamond. [1913 Webster] 3. Not shortened; not condensed; unabridged; -- said of books, plays, and movies; as, an uncut edition of the film. [PJC] 4. Not diluted; -- said especially of illegal narcotic drugs; as, uncut heroin. Such illegal drugs are often diluted by admixture with harmless foodstuffs such as sugars. [PJC]
