Auriphrygiate \Au`ri*phryg"i*ate\
   ([add]`r[i^]*fr[i^]"j[i^]*[asl]t), a. [LL. auriphrigiatus; L.
   aurum gold + LL. phrygiare to adorn with Phrygian needlework,
   or with embroidery; perhaps corrupted from some other word.
