   cassidoine. See Chalcedony.] (Bot.)
   (a) The French lavender (Lavandula St[oe]chas).
   (b) The goldilocks (Chrysocoma Linosyris) and perhaps other
       plants related to the genus Gnaphalium or cudweed.
