Genipap \Gen"i*pap\, n. (Bot.)
   The edible fruit of a West Indian tree (Genipa Americana)
   of the order Rubiace[ae]. It is oval in shape, as a large
   as a small orange, of a pale greenish color, and with dark
   purple juice.
