kit \kit\, n. [See Kitten.]
   A kitten.

   Kit fox (Zool.), a small burrowing fox (Vulpes velox),
      inhabiting the region of the Rocky Mountains. It is
      brownish gray, reddish on the breast and flanks, and white
      below. Called also swift fox.
