Nymphales \Nym*pha"les\, prop. n. pl. [NL.] (Zool.)
   Same as Nymphalidae, an extensive family of butterflies
   including the nymphs, the satyrs, the monarchs, the
   heliconias, and others; -- called also {brush-footed
   butterflies}.
