Obolus \Ob"o*lus\, n.;pl. Oboli. [L., fr. Gr. (?)] (Gr.Antiq.)
   (a) A small silver coin of Athens, the sixth part of a
       drachma, about three cents in value.
   (b) An ancient weight, the sixth part of a drachm.
